| CONVERTING THE UNEMPLOYED INTO BUSINESSES THAT CONTRACT SERVICES TO COMPANIES
Our program is designed to train those that are unemployed in a way to establish them as a business. This will allow them to contract their services, education and talents to companies that would usually use temporary employment agencies to file vacant job positions. This will be a permanent system for the business established as a private contractor to that business and other identical businesses like their original contracted business. This model is being used by more businesses to replace employees because they cost too much to retain. This is why layoffs happen when the economy drops.
