Project Funding to 100%-We are able to offer a viable and proven source for
Project Funding to 100%. This program is facilitated through the collaberation
of a Philanthropic Foundation and a group of major international banking institutions.
The funding mechanism allows for total funding of acceptable projects worldwide.
The emphasis is on humanitarian projects which have the potential to create jobs and
improve the economy. Preferred projects are green projects for renewable energy,
hospitals, senior housing, but all projects considered with a strong business plan
and experienced principals. Principals should be able to show liquid funds of
$5 Million. If Principals do not have the funds available we can help raise the
funds which will result in a joint venture position. These funds are not a loan
but funds raised through our proprietary funding mechanism and do not require
repayment. The minimum funding request is $30 Million with no upper limit.
