Is Rein Ford a certified Breadstreet Lender?

REIN FORD LENDING FIRM INTL is the name he uses for business. He has approved my loan, but now wants a "loan securing fee" of $1230 before the loan can be funded. He sent me a proof of funds letter and I have made an offer on real estate with it. Is this firm ligit or will I just toss $1230 out the window? Please help!

To answer my own question - which seems to be the pattern here - REIN FORD IS A FRAUD ! ! He wants you to send money upfront as a "loan securing fee" Might just as well toss the money out the window!
Remember - If it sounds to good to be true - most likely it is!
